AMC Bldg 3 Fl 6 Bergaro Suite N317-N319 -- The scope of work includes the interior renovation of an existing showroom for Bergaro. Work is limited to the 6th floor of Bldg 3 of AmericasMart. Existing tenant Bergaro is subdividing showroom for separate brands creating two (2) new showrooms w/ offices(suites N317 &N319). Bergaro showroom suites N307-N315 is existing to remain and not included w/ this scope of work. Scope of work includes intr. demo of partitions, cabinets ect.. New construction includes intr. partitions, doors, mill work, flooring ect.. Work also includes Electrical scope as indicated in Electrical Design Documents.
