Collaborative Housing Solutions and Good Places are serving as the developers for this important project, which will consist of the design and construction of 70 new rental housing units on approximately 1.23 acres of land owned by Cosmopolitan AME Church, Inc., located at 172 Vine Street NW, Atlanta, Georgia. The development represents a significant investment in affordable and mixed-income housing opportunities within a historically important community experiencing continued revitalization. The project has been awarded competitive 9% Low Income Housing Tax Credits by the Georgia Department of Community Affairs and is the first awarded project in the City of Atlanta Faith-Based Development Initiative, a partnership between Mayor Andre Dickens and Enterprise Community Partners.
