NEW INTERIOR CONSTRUCTION TO INCLUDE NEW OPEN WORK SPACE, ENCLOSED OFFICES, ACCESSORY MEETING ROOMS, AND UPGRADES TO CORE RESTROOMS. PROJECT SCOPE IS APPROXIMATELY 24,000 SF.

CHALKBOARD VENTURES RENOVATION-SUITE 600 (COM) (CC) -- APPLY THIRD PARTY DISCOUNT FEE. Minor renovation to an existing occupied suite within a multi-story office building. The project scope consists of: Limited new interior partition construction, minimal new interior glass panels at offices and huddle room, minimal new power/communication devices.

Shamrock Trading Corporation - Suite 500 -- Minor tenant renovations to include new receptacles, a new floor box and and other miscellaneous electrical changes.

Shamrock HVAC -- There are no changes to the mechanical system. All ductwork and equipment are existing to remain.

Shamrock Plumbing -- Including, but not limited to installation of new plumbing and fixtures.

The FDA Law Solution, LLC -- Interior Alterations of existing business office. Existing office suite is vacant. No alteration to existing tenant demising walls. Work includes selective demolition, construction of new partitions, new decorative finishes, alterations to existing ceiling conditions, new lighting and associated MEP is design by others.

Student Quarters -- Interior alteration of existing business office. Existing office suite is vacant. Work includes selective demolition, construction of new partitions, new decorative finishes, alteration of existing ceiling, existing ceiling and grid to remain, associated MEP alterations, modifications to existing life-safety devices. MEP design is by others. No hand-sanitizing stations to be installed.
