Scope of Work: JCI to install new card access system for PEI Global Partners at 1001 Water Street Suite 300, Tampa, FL. The access control system will consist of three (3) controlled doors: the Main Entry door and two (2) rear/side entry doors. JCI will supply and install One Brivo controller and enclosure within the IT room. JCI to remove and reinstall the Brivo Controller in their current suit on the 11th Floor and install in their new suite. Power supply to be provided by Grid Squared system and installed by JCI in the IT Room. JCI will supply and install HID card readers at each of the three (3) controlled openings. JCI will supply and install all required electronic locking hardware at each door. The Double Glass Door will require a Maglock and the two rear/side doors will require a electric strike only. JCI will not provide lever sets or door closers. If required, a separate quote will be provided. JCI will supply and install all required access control wiring from each door location back to the IT room head end. At each rear/side entry doors, JCI will supply and install a door status contact and request-to-exit device. At the double glass door, JCI will provide and install a request to exit Motion, and push button to exit with a 30 second timer. JCI will supply and install one (1) hardwired door release button and one (1) wireless door release button at the reception desk. JCI will supply and install one (1) doorbell at the main entry door. The chime location will be determined in coordination with the client prior to installation.
