At the request of the property owner/management, an arboricultural inspection was performed to evaluate four (4) trees exhibiting mortality, advanced decline, structural defects, and/or conditions affecting their long-term structural stability.
The trees evaluated consist of two Laurel Oaks (Quercus laurifolia), one Silver Elm (Ulmus americana), and one Washingtonia Palm (Washingtonia spp.).
The purpose of this assessment was to document the existing condition of each tree, identify significant defects and potential failure characteristics, evaluate available mitigation options, and provide recommendations consistent with accepted arboricultural practices, ISA Tree Risk Assessment principles, and applicable ANSI A300 Tree Care Standards.
