SR#26-00030157-"The used car dealership that recently opened here is using the residential neighborhood streets to park unlicensed, unregistered, uninsured cars. They are leaving cars listed for sale in the right of way on the street, over lot lines into the alley to the north, over lot lines on the curb to the east, in neighboring property parking lots (7-eleven), and over the lot lines to theSouth on Hillsborough both blocking the fire hydrant and creating a safety hazard for drivers and pedestrians by blocking any oncoming traffic views when pulling out from 9th street on to Hillsborough Ave."
