This is a Private Provider Project. The renovation is considered a Lever 2 - Alterations per section 603.1 per the Florida Building Code. Existing Building. The renovations do not exceed 50% of the building area. The type of construction is assumed as well as the tenant fire wall separations. No work is being performed in these walls. The tenant walls will be kept intact for this renovation. The space will maintain all the egress requirements for life safety. The new shower will meet ADA requirements.
