Highly Hazardous -- UNIT 2315- Flooding leaking from the light fixtures. Leak is caused by dishwasher from neighbor above. Property owner are aware and has done nothing to fix the issue.
Windows were sealed with plastic covering trapping toxic fumes and chemical creating poor ventilation increasing the moisture in the air causing mold to build up.
