1041 Oak Street SW - (RES) -- When I purchased the home in 2017, the second story addition was already done. I was contacted by the City of Atlanta shortly after moving in that the necessary permits were not obtained for the addition and that I would need to resolve that. I was able to obtain the building plans from the previous owner, I applied for the permit and it was approved. I did not know at the time that an inspection needed to take place in order for for the process to be considered closed, and now too much time has passed and I was informed that I needed to apply for another permit, which I am doing now.
