Customers are coming and going throughout the day to pick up food with 4 to 6 cars sometimes present at once. Cars frequently wait outside creating a constant flow of traffic that feels like a drive-through and causing significant disruption to the neighborhood. Customers have also been parking in front of our property and blocking our driveway, creating a safety and liability concern. The tenants are also cooking food outdoors for extended periods of time starting in the morning all the way to nighttime. We are concerned that this commercial food may not be permitted at this residential property and may not be complying with applicable zoning, food service, fire, and business requirements."
