Highly Hazardous -- ***Unit 1008 B***- I am reporting ongoing water intrusion/moisture inside my apartment that has not been fully resolved despite multiple reports to property management and maintenance. Water/moisture is present beneath the flooring and comes through the floor seams/walls when pressure is applied. Visible mold growth/discoloration has also developed in moisture-affected areas of my bathroom and closet. I initially reported the water issue to maintenance on September 1, 2026, and submitted a formal work order on September 14. Additional emergency maintenance requests have since been submitted. Maintenance has provided two industrial fans and a dehumidifier, but as of September 22, I have not been provided confirmation that the source of the water intrusion has been identified or repaired. Property management has acknowledged in writing that I continue to observe moisture/water through the flooring and stated that the matter is being escalated, that a third-party assessment may be conducted, and that temporary housing/relocation options are being reviewed. However, I have not received a confirmed date for an inspection/assessment, repair timeline, or temporary relocation. Management has also instructed me not to disturb or attempt to remove the visible growth/affected materials myself. I am requesting an interior inspection regarding the continuing water intrusion/moisture and the resulting condition of the affected areas.
