1116 4TH ST NW -- Longline Management is acquiring property in the Carey Park neighborhood originally owned by Virginia Harris. At some point, 1116 4th St and 2512 St James Ave were consolidated into a single lot. Ms. Harris later deeded her interest in the property to her granddaughter, Virneeka Mackey. During due diligence, a title discrepancy was discovered affecting Lot 10 (1116 4th St), but not Lots 8 and 9 (2512 St James Ave).
We are requesting this replat to divide the property back into two separate lots, allowing us to close on the purchase of 2512 St James Ave while the issue affecting 1116 4th St is resolved separately.
