1200 Baylor ST NW / New Construction -- CHANGE OF CONTRACTOR/ Complete New Construction that was started under prior contractor with permit # BB-202409032. We are not doing any clearing and grading. The foundation has been poured, the house has been framed, and inspections has passed up to insulation so that drywall has already been installed along with trim. At this stage all we are doing is paint, flooring, cabinets, and trim of MEP's.

1200 Baylor ST NW / New Construction - (RES) -- To complete work on a single family home that was initial started under permit BB-202409032. We are changing the contractor; but will continue construction of the same home which at this point has already had its foundations poured, walls framed and all MEP's installed. The inspections have been passed up to insulation and temp power. At this point we will complete the remaining work using the same MEP vendors that already roughed the house. Please note that the Parcel number in the GIS showing the property as 17 01890003202 which differs from tax accessor and your site. I share this so there is no confusion... the property is 1200 Baylor as previously permitted. Also I share that we are the owners of the property by way of foreclosure as the tax records have not yet updated this, I have attached the filing in the superior court to change ownership with the deed under power as recorded. The remaning work to be completed on the property will total $105,000 as most work was already completed under the prior permit.
