Construction of a new detached Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) / mother-in-law suite on the existing residential property in accordance with the approved construction documents.
Scope of work includes site preparation; new foundation and structural construction; exterior walls, roofing, windows and doors; interior framing and finishes; electrical, plumbing, HVAC, insulation, drywall, cabinetry, fixtures, and associated building systems. Work includes all required utility connections and tie-ins to serve the new dwelling unit.
Project also includes construction of a new driveway and associated site improvements, grading, drainage, and paving as shown on the approved plans.
