Engineered Concrete Cantilever Retaining Wall (RES) -- New engineered, PE-sealed cast-in-place concrete cantilever retaining wall along the existing driveway; approx. 32 LF, up to 7 ft tall diminishing to grade; 12 in. stem, 3,000 PSI, rebar per engineer schedule. Reinforces the line of an existing timber retaining wall (remains); top two timbers removed. Front-formed only, drainage mat behind stem, 3/4 in. PVC weep holes. Includes footing per engineer schedule and replacement of a 40 ft x 30 in. strip of existing driveway slab for the footing/toe. Per sealed structural drawings S1-S4 by M.D. Quinn, P.E.
