Proctor Creek Streambank Restoration (COM) -- The scope for the project consists of the clean-up and demolition of all buildings, asphalt paving, abandoned equipment, trash and invasive species from the 75-foot stream buffer on each side of Proctor Creek, and then new shrubs and trees will be re-planted in the area to restore the banks/surrounding area of the creek. The subject property is part of the Brownfield Program, and there are hazardous materials survey and rodent letters being conducted for final approval of these plans. Accompanied with the construction drawings submitted through Accela, there is a stamped set of the same plans by Keetta Holmes with OZD showing no SAP is required for this scope of work.

Proctor Creek Streambank Restoration (COM) (CC) -- The scope of this project is for the demolition/full removal of (5) existing, dilapidated building structures as well as removal of existing asphalt and asphalt paving equipment throughout the subject property. Photos are attached to reference. The demolition activities are tied to existing Commercial Miscellaneous Permit (BB-202604461), which is intended to provide full streambank restoration/replanting for 900 LF of Proctor Creek. The project will remove all impervious surfaces within the 25' State Waters Buffer as well as the city's 50' Undisturbed buffer and 75' Impervious Setback. EPD Buffer Variance and Local Stream Buffer Variances will be applied for concurrently.
