Highly Hazardous -- Apt. C- I have been paying rent on time, but repairs need to be done. Ceiling is leaking water on the carpet and causing mold. The air condition needs to be repaired. The counter in the kitchen is not stable. The exhaust fan in the bathroom is not working, and this has been going on for a few months. The landlord is stalling with my lease renewal, she is discriminating against me and I'm not sure why.
