Dutton`s Outdoor Construction of a custom in-ground shotcrete swimming pool measuring approximately 20' × 32', with an integrated 6' × 9' spa and a 14' × 8' tanning ledge. Work includes site layout and construction staking, excavation, steel reinforcement, rough plumbing, and shotcrete shell installation. Finishes include a standard pebble interior finish, 6" × 6" standard waterline tile, and standard-color travertine coping.
The project includes complete pool and spa plumbing, associated drainage, equipment installation, and required electrical and natural gas connections. The equipment package consists of:
- 2.7 HP Hayward variable-speed pump (SP32950VSPX1).
- 500 SF Hayward multi-element cartridge filter (C5030).
- 400,000 BTU natural gas heater (HDFS400).
- Hayward Wi-Fi automation system with mobile app control (HLPRO4SW).
- Hayward AquaRite S3 salt chlorination system with a 40,000-gallon capacity (AQRS340).
- Two Hayward water feature bubblers (WFB100).
- Three Hayward LED pool and water feature lights (LACUS11100).
- One Hayward LED light transformer (LTBUY11300).
- Hayward valve actuator for automated bubbler control (GVA24).
- One umbrella sleeve.
