Grant Park Lot -- New single family detatched residential construction totaling in 392 sq ft. Will consist of two prefabricated residential structures consisting of one 12’ x 16’ (192 sq ft) cottage building and one 10’ x 20’ (200 sq ft) double-loft building. Structures shall be permanently connected to create a single L-shaped detached dwelling unit. The 12’x16’ cottage will be horizontally placed on lot with the 16’ side facing the street. The 10’x20’ double loft will be placed vertically aligned with the length of the lot and connected to the right rear end of the 12’x16’ cottage. The 12'x16' cottage will feature a open floor plan that flows into a living space. The 10'x20' double loft will feature a open floor plan as well that consists of a kitchen, living area, and a private bathroom (5'x7') on the lower level. The upper floor will consist of a bedroom loft on the left side and a bedroom loft on the right side. There will be a breezeway to connect the two building end’s together. I will Construct a 15’ x 15’ wood deck within a fenced outdoor area located beneath existing mature maple trees. Install a 6-foot privacy fence extending across the width of the property. Construct a driveway 10ft wide (gravel poured)from the public roadway to the side of the dwelling (approximately 60ft long). I’d like to add a 20ft wide parking pad to the front driveway. I’ll be preserving existing mature trees where feasible, including three maple trees located approximately 71 feet from the front sidewalk and one mature oak tree located in the left rear portion of the property, accompanied by a few pine trees that are aligned on the left edge of the property. All will be preserved.
