Property Maintenance -- overgrowth and rodent issue The property has become rat-infested, and the rats are moving into neighboring properties. A massive oak tree has already fallen across the street last year, destroying cars and trees, and narrowly missing a home and the people inside it. There is another ivy-covered tree in the front which appears compromised, looming perilously over the bedrooms of my 7-year old and 9-year old daughters.
