Short Term Rental SR-26-23957Nuisance business. The AirBnb quadplex on my block has become a nuisance. The owner regularly dumps items on his property, allows the garbage cans to overflow and remain in the street. I am tired of complaining about this business. It has been a nuisance since he started renting these homes out. His neglect is disrespectful of the neighborhood and the city of Tampa. Please see attached photo of current 'dump' between his homes. This is not unique this is an ongoing situation. I am requesting that this AirBnb operator have his permission pulled to operate AirBnb's in the city of Tampa. I am tired of complaining about these properties. Simply go thru the history of complaints recently. Please shut down his business.
