Property Maintenance -- elevator broken: The Building 3 elevator has been out repeatedly often . People have been stuck in the elevator, and when it is running, it sometimes feels like it could suddenly drop, making many of us feel unsafe. The ongoing outages make it difficult to access our apartments, and I have even delayed purchasing furniture because I can’t rely on the elevator. Elevator employees that work on this elevator has indicated a full replacement. I am requesting that this issue be investigated as an ongoing safety and accessibility concern.
