General interior remodel of the existing single-family residence. Exterior work consists of: (1) replacing one existing aluminum window in the primary bedroom with a salvaged historic wood window, matching the existing size and rough opening; (2) reroof — removing and replacing the roof covering in kind, matching the existing material, profile, and similar color; (3) new wood picket fence at the front, less than 4 feet tall and at least 50% open (see-through); (4) new wood privacy fence at the rear, capped, less than 8 feet tall. No changes to the building footprint, height, or exterior wall cladding.
