STR Permit Revocation Appeal - STR-25-13500829 Appeal of the September 1, 2026 revocation of the STR permit for 1439 Lamar St due to HOT delinquency. I am appealing the revocation of STR permit STR-25-13500829 for 1439 Lamar St. Airbnb and VRBO were collecting and remitting city HOT, and I misunderstood that I was still required to seperately file monthly STR HOT returns and pay the applicable Bexar count HOT. Once I became aware of the issue, I immediately corrected the delinquent filings and brought the HOT account current. I respectfully request that the revocation be reversed and STR permit reinstated because the underlying delinquency has been paid.
