For the removal of (4) Sabal palms, ~16" live oak front left of property, and ~12" cedar left side of property, the property owner must obtain a tree permit with a triple permit fee of $372 AND plant (6) 3" caliper penalty trees, and (7) 2.5" caliper mitigation trees OR pay into the tree trust fund at the rate of $450 per penalty tree and $300 per mitigation tree.
