Hall Home Construct a new approximately 16-foot by 14-foot (224 square foot) rear addition to the existing single-family residence. The addition will be used as a new walk-in closet serving the existing primary/master bedroom.
The project will include construction of a new foundation, exterior walls, roof structure, insulation, drywall, flooring, electrical wiring and lighting, and HVAC as required. The new addition will be integrated with the existing residence and constructed to match or complement the existing home's exterior materials, roofline, and architectural appearance.
The project will include modifications to the existing rear exterior wall as necessary to provide access between the existing primary bedroom area and the new closet. Existing rear windows affected by the addition will be removed or relocated as indicated on the construction plans.
