Kitchen Remodel – Scope of Work
Remove existing kitchen cabinetry and counter-tops.
Furnish and install new kitchen cabinetry. (Layout to remain same as existing)
Furnish and install new counter-tops and backs plash.
Install dishwasher, double oven, cook-top, and microwave.
Install/trim out kitchen sink, faucet, drain, and associated plumbing connections.
Existing plumbing locations will remain unchanged.
No structural modifications will be performed.
No new or modified electrical circuits are proposed. Existing electrical connections will be utilized as applicable.
All work shall be performed in accordance with the 2023 Florida Building Code, 8th Edition, and all applicable local codes and permitting requirements.
