Please accept this letter and the accompanying application materials for a Special Administrative Permit (SAP) to authorize temporary mobile food vending on private property located at 186 Courtland Street NE, Atlanta, GA 30303.
Below is the detailed operational plan for the proposed temporary event:
• Dates of Operation: September 4th, September 5th, and September 6th.
• Hours of Operation: 11:00 AM to 12:00 AM daily.
• Setup and Equipment: All sales and food preparation will take place entirely from the self-contained PONKO Chicken mobile food truck. There will be no tents, tables, chairs, or any additional food service equipment placed outside the footprint of the vehicle.
• Menu Items: Chicken Tenders, Tofu Tenders, Chicken Sandwiches, Fried Mushrooms, Fries, Rice, Pickles, Chips, and non-alcoholic beverages.
