Wisteria Gardens Campbellton (COM) -- Alteration of existing 4 story independent living building to include all 96 residential units and interior common areas.
Pre-submittal meeting took place 8-05-2026.
Building will maintain existing use and occupancy classification.
Renovation work will be performed while some residents remain in the building.
No Site Work.
Residential Units – See architectural sheets A4.10 thru A4.25:
1- Replace flooring, cabinets, countertops, kitchen sink, bathroom lavatories, electrical fixtures and HVAC equipment.
2- Replace bathroom toilets and showers as needed.
3- Some alteration of existing non-load bearing / non-rated interior walls.
4- Walls and ceilings to be patched & repaired as needed.
5- All walls and ceilings to be painted.
6- Doors and windows to be repaired / replaced as needed.
7- Appliances to be replaced.
Interior Common Areas – Sheet architectural sheets A1.10 thru A1.93:
1. Replace flooring, acoustic ceiling tiles, cabinets, countertops, plumbing fixtures, electrical fixtures and HVAC equipment.
