Circular Patio was noted on original site plan as 6ft from property line. The oak tree behind the patio was measured incorrectly, (from behind the trunk instead of from the front of the trunk). So in order to preserve the Oak tree roots and keep a safe distance of 10 feet, the patio shifted 3 feet forward.
The Patio is now 3 1/2 feet from the property line. Size of the patio is the same as the Original site plan. ONLY change is it is now 3 1/2 feet from property line.
The shape of the Property gets smaller towards the street, that is why the circular patio is now closer to the lot line
NO city Utility easements per survey in this area.
