Project Overview
FOMO Restaurant proposes to operate a full-service restaurant within an existing commercial tenant space at
1833 Peachtree Road NE. The restaurant will occupy approximately 3,180 square feet of enclosed floor area
and will provide full-service dining in a professionally managed restaurant environment.
Operations
The restaurant is proposed to operate seven days per week, with dinner service beginning at 5:00 p.m. each
day and concluding no later than 12:00 midnight. FOMO Restaurant will operate as a traditional full-service
restaurant where less than sixty percent (60%) of gross receipts are anticipated to be derived from the sale of
alcoholic beverages.
Zoning and Parking
The property is located within the C-2 (Commercial Service) Zoning District and the Buckhead Parking
Overlay District. Because the existing site cannot accommodate the required parking on the restaurant
property, the applicant seeks approval of a Special Administrative Permit authorizing off-site parking.
