Multiple Issues SR #26-33940 - The neighbors across the street from me have been selling cars off of their front lawn. The house has been split into 3 separate (illegal) rental units (all with separate entrances) with 7 people total living in the house. On a daily basis, there are at least 8-9 cars parked on the front yard (two being on the driveway). Some of the vehicles do not have license plates and the renters back the cars onto the property to avoid showing this. The cars are constantly changing too. Sometimes there are buses, trucks, and/or sedans. Multiple times a week, random cars will park on the narrow street and we will see people walking around the front yard looking at the different cars. They are looking under the hood, checking inside, and sometimes test driving the cars around the neighborhood. In the past few weeks, we have seen multiple vehicles appear on the front yard, the license plate removed, and a cash transaction occurring. It seems like they are running a business on the front lawn. We have seen the renters bringing a goat into the back yard so it is possible that they are selling goats from the back of the property too. I do not think goats are allowed on this property. I am in the process of trying to sell my house and the activity occurring in front of my house has lead to two potential buyers making comments about the front neighbors activities. This is very upsetting for me. I also hate to see this neighborhood that I once loved start to become a place of business and not just residential
