water heater We will remove the existing Rheem 50-gallon gas water heater and install a new
Bradford White RG250T6N 50-gallon gas water heater.
As part of the installation, we will replace the existing expansion tank and install the recirculating
pump (Model Number Grundfos Alpha CS 15-55.)
We will also replace the existing 3/4-inch PEX Zurn pressure reducing valve (PRV) with
a new valve of the same model to ensure proper water pressure regulation. In addition,
we will install a Moen Pro Flo 900-001 automatic water shutoff valve on the home’s with 3-valve
manual bypass loop
main water line to provide added protection against potential water leaks and damage.
All required permits will be obtained as needed. Upon completion, we will test the entire
system to verify proper operation, remove all job-related debris, and haul away the old
equipment, leaving the work area clean.
This installation includes a 1-year labor warranty and is backed by the manufacturer’s
6-year warranty on the water heater.
