195 Rosser St -- Our scope of work includes installing a new 70-amp feeder from your existing main electrical panel to a new 100-amp Square D Homeline subpanel located in the garage/studio. We will install all required conduit, junction boxes, wiring, breakers, fittings, grounding, bonding, and complete panel labeling. We will install one new dedicated 20-amp circuit and receptacle for your pottery wheel, one new dedicated 20-amp circuit and receptacle for your portable space heater, and one new dedicated 20-amp circuit from the existing main electrical panel to supply your crawl-space dehumidifier. We will also install two new general-purpose receptacles supplied from the new subpanel and two additional general-purpose receptacles supplied from the existing garage circuit.
