Construction of a pre-engineered screened enclosure over the existing elevated deck, approximately 166 5/8" wide with side projections of approximately 136 1/4" and 139 3/8". Work includes installation of a 4" SIP roof system with architectural shingles to match the existing residence, structural framing, screen wall system, railing, pet screen below the railing, and a 36" x 80" outswing screen door.
Existing deck framing will remain and be resurfaced with composite decking. New stairs, landing, support posts, and minimum 16" x 16" x 12" deep concrete footings will be installed as shown on the plans.
Electrical work includes a ceiling fan, GFCI-protected receptacle, and switch for the exterior egress light.
All work shall be performed in accordance with approved plans and applicable building codes
