Request authorization to selectively prune portions of three tree canopies extending over the subject property. All proposed work will be performed from the subject property and limited to branches extending over its property line. Tree 1 – Front right: Live oak, approximately 40 inches DBH, with its trunk located on the neighboring property. Selectively prune branches extending over the subject property while retaining the tree’s natural canopy structure. Tree 2 – Center-right property boundary: Approximately 35 inches DBH, with its trunk located on the neighboring property. Selectively prune only the canopy portions extending over the subject property. Tree 3 – Back right corner: Approximately 30 inches DBH, located along the property boundary. Selectively prune canopy portions extending over the subject property. Pruning will use appropriate branch unions and lateral branches to establish suitable pruning points. The property line will define the work limits; branches will not be indiscriminately cut at the boundary. Work will preserve tree health and structural integrity and follow applicable ANSI A300 pruning standards and ISA Best Management Practices under the supervision of an ISA Certified Arborist. No tree removal, topping, trunk cutting, or root pruning is proposed.
