"After the Fact" application for tree removal of a large mango tree.
With Hurricane Milton, the tree lifted, cracked and displaced a concrete slab. We could see that it was lifting our house and we were afraid it might crack the concrete slab foundation of our house. The tree was 6.5 ft from the corner of the house.
SCOPE OF VIOLATION:
For the removal of (1) 25-31" Mango, the property owner must obtain a tree permit with a triple permit fee of $372, and plant (1) 3" caliper penalty trees, and (4) 2.5" caliper mitigation trees or pay into the tree trust fund at the rate of $450 per penalty tree and $300 per mitigation tree.
