Remove hard pipe duct to upstairs. Replace supply with 12” flex to 12x10x8 Y. One 8 to the bathroom. 10 to bedroom with a 10x8x8 why to have 8” supplies on both sides of master bed passing through head board cavity. As well as 3 new boots.

Rough in new washing machine box. New washing machine box with pex water lines.
Relocate 3/4" gas line for range. Connect new range. Cap off gas line going to fire place.
Install customer supplied dishwasher. and garbage disposal
Install customer supplied lavatory faucet. Replace supply line and drain assembly (if provided with faucet).
Install customer supplied kitchen faucet.
Remove and dispose of existing toilet. Install customer supplied toilet. Replace wax ring, toilet bolts, and supply line.
