Remove pavers at all existing street tree bases along Calhoun and East 7th Streets. Backfill the excavated areas with decomposed granite and grade flush with adjacent surfaces. The excavated area shall measure 2 feet by 2 feet, centered on each tree.
•Trim existing shrubs along the façade facing Calhoun Street.
•Remove tree stumps along Calhoun and East 7th Street and repair the sidewalks.

Construction of a concrete chase with an iron grate cover, and construction of two Oncor vault vents terminating in either iron grate covers or iron doors, all to be installed flush with the sidewalk along Calhoun Street near the corner of E 8th Street. The new sidewalk shall match existing conditions, with pavers replaced as necessary, and nearby trees shall be protected in accordance with PARD guidelines.
