Property History

We are occupying this space and changing the use case from office to a retail location (selling art, books, and records). We are not making any major alterations to the space. All changes will be cosmetic in nature, including refinishing existing concrete floor, installing new light fixtures, and painting walls. We will be making no changes to the sprinkler or alarm systems, already installed and previously approved for prior use case.
