Broadstone Upper Westside -- Furnish and install two freestanding post-and-panel ground signs advertising Broadstone Upper Westside and apartment leasing availability. Each sign panel will measure 48 inches wide by 96 inches high (32 square feet per panel), mounted between two support posts, with an overall installed height not exceeding 10 feet above ground level.
Install one sign at the intersection of Marietta Boulevard and Bolton Place and one sign at the intersection of Marietta Boulevard and Bolton Drive, in the locations illustrated in the accompanying sign proof. Each sign will be positioned a minimum of 30 feet back from the edge of each adjoining street.
Work includes sign fabrication, installation of support posts and panels, associated excavation and anchoring, and cleanup and restoration of disturbed installation areas. Post materials, footing dimensions, and anchoring details will be provided by the sign contractor for permit review.
