780 North Highland Ave (COM) -- This project consists of renovations to the existing 1-story building. The existing building will be repurposed as a mix of retail & eating. The renovation will include a new covered exterior courtyard to serve as a common area between all future tenants. Exterior improvements will be made to the building facades to restore previous historic conditions. Interior improvements will include "warm box" delivery for future tenants. New mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems will be installed. New grease traps will be added to accommodate future food and beverage use.
