SR# 26-00039499: "I request an urgent inspection of 220 W. Minnehaha St., Tampa, FL, due to unresolved water intrusion, electrical and fire hazards, and mold concerns. On 10/8/26, roof water leaked through a bedroom ceiling and hardwired smoke detector, causing flickering lights and continuous activation of interconnected alarms for over 12 hours. Multiple detectors were disconnected. As of 10/21/26, no electrician has inspected the wiring, and the smoke alarm system has not been repaired or verified safe. An independent mold assessment was provided to management without substantive response or remediation. Roof repairs remain in progress; downspouts and HVAC were cleaned. Despite repeated written notices, critical safety issues remain unresolved. I request an urgent inspection, documentation of violations, and required corrective action."
