Sickle Cell Foundation of Georgia, Inc. -- Application for a Zoning Review to obtain a new Business Occupation Tax Certificate for the Sickle Cell Foundation of Georgia, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. The existing facility will continue to be used for nonprofit operations including administrative offices, clinical and patient support services, community education and training, health screenings, client services, SNAP outreach and enrollment assistance, and other charitable programs. No expansion of the existing facility or change in the current use or occupancy is proposed.
