Property Maintenance -- Home Boarded over 6 months- There is no visible address displayed on the property. The house appears to be vacant and has been boarded up. I am concerned about the condition and security of the property and whether it is being properly maintained in accordance with City requirements for vacant properties. The property has remained unoccupied and neglected, and I am concerned that its current condition could create safety, security, pest, or nuisance issues for neighboring residents. I am requesting that the City inspect the property to determine whether the boarded and vacant structure complies with applicable property-maintenance and vacant-property requirements and whether there are any additional code violations that need to be addressed. Please have Code Enforcement inspect the property and require the responsible property owner to correct any violations that are found.
