Commercial components of the development.

The project proposes four (4) taps to the existing watermain on East Walton Street for both potable
water and fire service. Multiple sewer connections to the building are proposed tying into the existing
sanitary manholes and existing stub-outs on East Cumberland Avenue, Water Steet, and East Walton
Street rights-of-way. Kimley-Horn would like to discuss these multiple building connection points with
City staff. Two separate utility applications will be submitted for each of the proposed water meters,
one of which will service the residential and commercial portions of the development and the other
to service the retail and restaurant components. Two irrigation meters are also proposed as part of
the development, one of which will service the landscaping within the building and its amenity deck,
and the other to service the landscaping within the public realm.
