The project proposed to develop a structured parking facility with ground floor commercial on the property noted within located within the Fort Worth Stockyards, specifically within Subdistrict SY-TNX-55.
The proposed project consists of replacing an existing surface parking lot with a multi-level parking structure with ground floor commercial designed to serve the growing parking demand within the Stockyards district. The garage will provide a more efficient use of land by increasing parking capacity, greatly needed on the Western side of the Stockyards per the 2023 City of Fort Worth commissioned traffic study.
