Atlanta, GA 30331 -- Homeowner purchased residential property for owner occupancy after renovations are fully completed and the COA has provided an approved Certificate of Completion. Homeowner is requesting an approved permit and will manage all service trades performed throughout the term of the future renovations. Attached is copy of the Affidavit concerning exception to the contractor licensing requirements. Construction will be performed as prescribed within the current construction drawings. The renovations will maintain a one-story structure foundation as prescribed within the architectural drawings. Crawlspace will remain and foundation will be consistent with drawings.
