Highly Hazardous -- Unit E -3 Reporting the air condition is leaking and black mold coming in the vents, PM send people to bandage. The door is coming off the hinges and rats are coming in and still nothing has been done. The window is busted and paint is peeling off the walls in the bathroom. I have all the work orders but again they have done nothing. Leak in the kitchen coming through AC door
