TENANT COMPLAINT “I have holes in my housing @ 2616 E 11th Ave. I have ants, big rats that come through these holes. The home is not leveled so there are dips in the home. The floor is separating from the wall. The wooden tiles let sand in to the house every day to the point I have to use a blower to keep sand from piling up. I signed my lease in 11-7-2025 and asked for a walk through neither Stephen (who rented to me) or Katie (owners daughter) refused to come out and do a walk through. I was coming out of Homelessness when they rented to me.”
